White Winter Wedding Dresses Spring 2010
Winter wedding dresses go one of two ways: glittering, crystalline cool or warm, fuzzy, snuggly layers
Even sexy, skin-revealing looks are fair game, as this Platinum for Priscilla of Boston gown clearly demonstrates. The silvery lace keeps it season-appropriate; ditto the spectacular (if insane) metallic fur coat
or for something more dramatic, check out this fur jaw-dropper by Anna Maier Ulla-Maija Couture.
Make any gown winter-ready by adding a warm and fuzzy shrug or jacket. This hand knit shawl by Oscar de la Renta adds a soft, cozy feel to the gown’s lavish ruffles.
Monique Lhuillier’s Fall 2010 collection had a “Fairytale Winter Wedding” theme, and this gown was one of our favorites. The sheer wrap and ruffled tulle skirt remind us glistening snow.
Newcomer Karen Sabag created this show-stopper using several different colors of tulle. The removable jacket is draped with its own “veil” in back.
